FEROKILL is a Belgian pest-control company known for its ecological approach, fast response, and discreet service for both residential and commercial clients. With a growing presence across the country, they combine certified expertise with environmentally responsible solutions.


I partnered with FEROKILL to elevate their online image through a range of content—from advertising videos that highlight their quick and professional service, to branded photography that captures their team, tools, and mission. Our collaboration helped visually reinforce FEROKILL’s identity as a modern, reliable, and eco-conscious company in a highly competitive industry.

Process & Creative Direction

FEROKILL provided a text-based moodboard that outlined their vision: clarity, speed, professionalism, and human connection. It was up to me to translate those ideas on set. Without scouting locations beforehand, I had to improvise quickly—finding scenes that balanced approachability with technical accuracy. We shot with real employees, which gave the visuals both authenticity and depth.


Each video focused on a specific service (e.g. ant or fly extermination), highlighting the team's efficiency and friendliness. The structure I developed blended three key visual beats: the human element of arriving on-site, the expertise shown through the work itself, and the clean, quick completion of the job.


One standout moment came during a fogging session, where I had to step out of the space immediately after setting up the camera—due to the toxic treatment being applied. There was no second take. That pressure made the result even more rewarding.

Photography with a Purpose

Alongside the video work, I also delivered a full library of photography: action shots, portraiture, and atmospheric images. These were all designed to show a company that’s not only effective but also human and approachable. By using a range of employees in different scenarios, we gave the impression of a larger, reliable team that customers could trust.

Impact

The video advertisements were launched across platforms such as YouTube, with several exceeding 20,000 views—effectively boosting brand awareness and driving an increase in service inquiries. These videos prompted a subsequent request: the creation of a new video highlighting a different showcase and a unique re-edit that combines existing footage for more versatile use.

Final Thoughts

This project combined quick thinking, flexibility, and trust. With no detailed visual references to start from, I was able to shape a style that matched FEROKILL’s goals—and make the most of the time and conditions on site. Looking back, I’m proud of the consistency across formats and the visual clarity we achieved together. Most of all, it was a great collaboration that reminded me how strong storytelling can elevate even the most unexpected industries.
